血府逐瘀胶囊治疗冠心病疗效的Meta分析

目的 评价血府逐瘀胶囊辅助治疗冠心病的临床疗效，为临床用药提供循证依据。方法 检索中国学术期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数据知识服务平台（Wanfang Data）、维普中文期刊全文数据库（VIP）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、循证医学图书馆（The Cochrane Library）、美国生物医学期刊文献数据库（PubMed）等数据库中血府逐瘀胶囊治疗冠心病的临床随机对照研究（RCT），检索时间均为建库至2021年3月31日。依据Jadad评分量表评估文献质量，应用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 最终纳入11个RCTs，包括冠心病患者980例。Meta分析结果显示，相较于对照组，血府逐瘀胶囊治疗组能够明显提高临床总有效率［OR=3.75，95% CI=（2.42，5.80），P<0.000 01］、心电图总有效率［OR=4.05，95% CI=（2.21，7.42），P<0.000 01］；可显著降低心绞痛发作次数［SMD=-5.64，95% CI=（-8.10，-3.18），P<0.000 01］、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平［SMD=-1.55，95% CI=（-2.62，-0.48），P=0.004］、总胆固醇水平［SMD=-1.03，95% CI=（-1.49，-0.56），P<0.000 1］。结论 在化学药常规治疗基础上，应用血府逐瘀胶囊辅助治疗冠心病疗效显著，能够有效缓解心绞痛症状、改善血脂水平；但文献质量偏低，尚需更多设计严谨的RCTs以加强证据强度。

Meta-analysis of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule in treating coronary heart disease

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease and provide evidence-based evidence for clinical research. Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCT) about Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules in the treatment of coronary heart disease in CNKI, Wanfang Database, VIP, The Cochrane Library, and PubMed were collected from the time of establishing database to March 31, 2021. The quality of the literature was evaluated according to the Jadad rating scale, Meta-analysis of the outcome indicators was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results A total of 11 RCTs were finally included, with 980 patients. Meta-analysis results show that compared with the control group, the Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules group can significantly improve the total clinical effective rateOR=3.75, 95%CI=(2.42, 5.80), P < 0.000 01], the total effective rate of electrocardiogramOR=4.05, 95%CI=(2.21, 7.42), P < 0.000 01]; can significantly reduce the number of angina pectorisSMD=-5.64, 95%CI=(-8.10, -3.18), P < 0.000 01], low density lipoprotein cholesterol levelSMD=-1.55, 95%CI=(-2.62,-0.48), P=0.004], total cholesterol levelSMD=-1.03, 95% CI=(-1.49,-0.56), P < 0.000 1]. Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, the auxiliary treatment of coronary heart disease with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule is effective, which can effectively relieve the symptoms of angina and improve the level of blood lipids. However, the quality of literature research is low, and more rigorously designed RCTs are needed to strengthen the strength of evidence.
