消乳散结胶囊联合乳癖散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生症的疗效观察

目的探讨消乳散结胶囊联合乳癖散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法选取2015年6月—2016年5月武警后勤学院附属医院收治的乳腺增生症患者94例,按照随机数表法将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各47例。对照组饭后口服乳癖散结胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d,注意在月经期间要暂停服用该药。治疗组在对照组基础上口服消乳散结胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d。两组均治疗45 d。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的乳腺超声指标、激素水平和疼痛评分。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为72.34%、91.49%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组乳腺腺体层厚度、输乳管内径、肿块直径、低回声区直径均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组雌二醇和催乳素水平均显著降低,而孕酮水平显著升高,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组疼痛评分显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组疼痛评分明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论消乳散结胶囊联合乳癖散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生症具有较好的临床疗效,可改善临床症状,降低雌二醇和催乳素水平,提高孕酮水平,具有一定的临床推广价值。

Clinical observation of Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules combined with Rupi Sanjie Capsules in treatment of breast hyperplasia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules combined with Rupi Sanjie Capsules in treatment of breast hyperplasia. Methods Patients (94 cases) with breast hyperplasia in the Affiliated Hospital of the Armed Police College of Logistics from June 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 42 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Rupi Sanjie Capsules after meal, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 45 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and breast ultrasonographic indexes, hormone levels, and pain scores in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 72.34% and 91.49%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, thickness of mammary gland layer, internal diameter of milk duct, mass diameter, and low echo area diameter in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of estradiol and prolactin in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of progesterone in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the pain scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the pain scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules combined with Rupi Sanjie Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of breast hyperplasia, can improve clinical symptoms, decrease the levels of estradiol and prolactin, and increase the levels of progesterone, which has a certain clinical application value.
