益心酮软胶囊联合硝苯地平控释片治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

目的研究益心酮软胶囊联合硝苯地平控释片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取2012年6月—2017年6月天津市第三中心医院分院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者100例为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组患者口服硝苯地平控释片,1片/次,1次/d。治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上口服益心酮软胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d。7d为1个疗程,两组患者均持续治疗4个疗程。观察两组的临床疗效和心电图疗效,比较两组的临床症状、左室收缩功能。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的临床疗效总有效率分别为82.00%、94.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,对照组和治疗组的心电图疗效总有效率分别为78.00%、94.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者心绞痛持续时间和发作次数显著低于治疗前,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组心绞痛持续时间和发作次数明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者每搏射血量(SV)、心脏指数(CI)和左心室射血分数(LVEF)均显著高于治疗前,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组左室收缩功能指标显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论益心酮软胶囊联合硝苯地平控释片治疗冠心病心绞痛具有较好的临床疗效,能改善临床症状、心电图情况和左室收缩功能,安全性较高,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical observation of Yixintong Soft Capsules combined with Nifedipine Controlled released Tablets in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

Objective To study the effect of Yixintong Soft Capsules combined with Nifedipine Controlled released Tablets in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Patients (100 cases) with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in the Branch of Tianjin Third Central Hospital from June 2012 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Nifedipine Controlled released Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yixintong Soft Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. A course had 7 d, and patients in two groups were treated for 4 courses. After treatment, the clinical efficacies and the electrocardiogram efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptoms and left ventricular systolic function in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 82.00% and 94.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the electrocardiogram efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 78.00% and 94.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the duration and frequency of angina pectoris in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of SV, CI, and LVEF in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the left ventricular systolic function indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yixintong Soft Capsules combined with Nifedipine Controlled released Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, can improve the clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram, and left ventricular systolic function of patients, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
