| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of aucubin in herba plantaginis.METHODS:Column,Nucleosil7-C18 (Φ4.6×250mm,10μm),mobile:methanol-water(5∶95),temperature,25℃,detective wav elength,203nm,flow rate,1.0ml/min.External standard method.RESULTS:T he method was linear within the range of 2.50×10-1～1.60μg,the average r ecovery was 98.77%,and the RSD was 1.69%(n=50).CON CLUSION:The method is simple,sensitive,and highly reproductive,and it is suitable for analysis of aucubin in herba plantaginis. |
