我院中药注射剂的应用和不良反应分析

目的了解我院近年中药注射剂ADR的发生、分布情况。方法结合Excel电子表格和手工筛选,建立中药注射剂ADR数据库,对87例ADR报表统计患者的一般情况、引起ADR的药物、ADR表现及导致的系统或器官损害等内容。结果ADR可发生于任何年龄,ADR累及的系统或器官以皮肤及其附件的损害最多见。结论中药注射剂ADR的发生与多种因素有关,临床上需要进一步进行ADR监测,探讨中药注射剂发生ADR的易感因素,以达到合理、安全、有效地使用中药注射剂。

Gather and analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions in Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection

OBJECTIVE To investigate the occurrence and distribution of ADR in Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection.METHODS By means of excel table and manual screening,establish date base of ADR report forms.Count the patients generl conditions,drug of causing ADR,sympatoms and system-organ dammges.RESULTS ADR could occur all ages.system-organ dammges were commonly in skin and appendixes.CONCLUSION The occurrence of ADR caused by traditional Chinese medicine injection due to many factors.ADR must be further monitored clinically,and we must seek more possible factors.
