386例泌尿生殖道感染患者支原体感染及药敏结果分析

目的：了解本地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染及其对抗生素的敏感情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对386例泌尿生殖道感染患者进行支原体培养、鉴定、计数及12种抗生素药敏试验。结果：386例患者中支原体阳性148例，感染率为38-3％，其中解脲脲原体（Uu）感染104例占26．9％，人型支原体（Mh）感染1例，解脲脲原体合并人型支原体（Uu＋Mh）感染43例占11．1％；支原体药物敏感情况，对美满霉素、强力霉素、四环素、交沙霉素的敏感率分别为90．5％，89．1％，80．3％，70．8％。结论：泌尿生殖道支原体培养及药敏检测，对于指导临床用药具有重要意义。

Infection of Urogenital Tract Mycoplasma and Susceptibility to Antibiotics: Analysis of 386 Cases

Objective： To investigate the infection of urogenital tract mycoplasma and its susceptibility to antibiotics and supply the references for rational drug use in clinic. Methods： Myeoplasma cultivation, identification, count and drug susceptibility tests were carried out with the samples of 386 cases and then the susceptibility to 12 kinds of antibiotics was detected on the positive samples. Results： Among 386 cacs, 148 cases were with the positive mycoplasma, accounting for 38.3%. Ureaplasam urealyticum （Uu） infection accounted for 26.9% （104 cases）. 1 Sample was with Mycoplasma hominis （Mh） infection. Uu ＋ Mh infection accounted for 11.1% （43 cases）. The drug sensitivity rates of urethritis mycoplasma to minocycline, doxycycline, tetracyclines, josamycin were 90.5%, 89.1%, 80.3%, 70.8% respectively. Conclusion： The mycoplasma cuhivation, identification and the drug susceptibility to antibiotics are important for the rational drug use in clinic.
