| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院药品不良反应发生特点。方法：对我院2005年1月1日-2007年12月30日收集到的77例ADR分别从药品种类、给药途径、临床表现及患者年龄方面进行统计分析。结果：77例ADR中，抗感染药46例（占59．74％）、中成药15例（占19．48％），静脉滴注引起的47例（占61．04％），皮肤及其附件损害有42例（占54．54％）。结论：加强对抗感染药物合理应用同时加大对中成药监测，加强对药品不良反应报告的宣教，对医护人员和患者都十分必要。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the occurrence characteristics of the adverse drug reactions (ADR) in our hospital. Methods: 77 ADR cases were collected from Jan 1 2005 to Nov 30 2007 in our hospital. All cases were analyzed in respect of the drug categories,administration route,clinical situation and patients' age. Results: In 77 ADR cases,46 cases (59.74%) were caused by anti-infective agents,15 cases (19.48%) caused by traditional chinese medicine,47 cases (61.04%) related to intravenous injections,and 42 cases (54.54%) were impairment of skin and its appendages. Conclusion: It is important to use the anti-infective drugs rationally and it is necessary to publicize ADR for the doctors and patients. |
