| 摘 要： | 1例60岁女性患者,因胃癌术后接受FolFox方案(奥沙利铂150mg+替加氟0.75 g),辅以康艾注射液40 mL化疗.行第三次静脉滴注化疗时,用药后第3天,患者出现左侧面部及口腔过电样疼痛,呈发作性,伴张口困难,经神经内科会诊确诊为三叉神经痛.遂给予卡马西平片0.1g,每日3次,服用1d后,患者出现头晕,遂停用卡马西平,1周后患者三叉神经痛症状自行消失. |

| Abstract: | One 60-year-old woman with gastric cancer received an intravenous infusion of oxaliplatin 150 mg,tegafur 0.75 g and Kangai injection 40 mL for the third chemotherapy after operation.Three days later,the patient had left facial and oral pain,like electricity,and episodic,with trismus.Trigeminal neuralgia was diagonsed after consultation.Carbamzepine tablets 0.1 g,three times a day was given.After one day,the patient appeared dizzy.Then carbamazepine was withdrawn.One week later,the symptoms of trigeminal neuralgia disappeared. |
