我院2005-2009年二类精神药品使用情况分析

目的：了解我院二类精神药品的应用状况和发展趋势,为临床合理用药及其管理提供参考。方法：采用金额排序和频度分析方法对我院2005-2009年二类精神药品的用药金额、用药频度等进行统计分析。结果：我院2005-2009年二类精神药品的年用药金额和用药频度逐年提高,与2005年相比,2009年我院用药金额和用药频度涨幅分别为62.3%和29.3%。艾司唑仑、氯硝西泮等苯二氮类药物的用药金额和用药频度均较高,以唑吡坦和扎来普隆为代表的新一代非苯二氮类药物用量也在逐渐增加。结论：二类精神药品中苯二氮类药物仍占主导地位,新一代非苯二氮类药物用量也有逐年上升的趋势,前景广阔。

Analysis on the utilization of psychotropic drugs of category Ⅱ in our hospital during 2005 and 2009

Objective：To investigate the application and development trend of psychotropic drugs of categoryⅡ,and provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods：The utilization of psychotropic drugs of categoryⅡwere analyzed in respect of consumption sum and DDDs.Results：The consumption sum and DDDs of psychotropic drugs of categoryⅡincreased year by year in 2005-2009.The growing rates of consumption sum and DDDs of psychotropic drugs of categoryⅡin 2009 were 62.3% and 29.3% respectively compared with that in 2005.The benzodiazepines such as estazolam and clonazepam still were in the important position in terms of DDDs and consumption sum,while the consumption amount of non-benzodiazepines such as zolpidem and zaleplon increased year by year.Conclusion：Benzodiazepines still played an important role in the use of psychotropic drugs of categoryⅡ.The usage of non-benzodiazepines also increased,which might have a wide and bright future.
