北京地区静脉注射海洛因滥用者卡特尔16项人格特征分析

目的：探讨静脉注射海洛因滥用者的人格特征。方法：使用卡特尔16项人格因素问卷（16PF）对201例静脉注射海洛因滥用者进行测查。结果：被调查对象男性居多（124例占61．7％），平均年龄32．9a±s8．7a（最小年龄19a，最大年龄51a）。滥用者的职业涉及多种行业，以无业者（50．8％）和私营／个体劳动者（15．6％）为主。静脉注射海洛因滥用场所主要集中在自己家中（87．6％），滥用毒品的种类除以海洛因为主外，该群体中的部分人还有“冰毒”、镇静催眠药、摇头丸等滥用的行为／经历。该人群的人格特征中乐群性、兴奋性、敢为性、敏感性、幻想性5个因素评分高于中国成人常模（p〈0．05），而聪慧性、实验性、独立性、怀疑性低于常模（p〈0．05）。两性比较乐群性、聪慧性、兴奋性、敢为性、敏感性、幻想性6个因素评分女性高于男性（p〈0．05）。结论：北京地区静脉注射海洛因人群有其特异的人格特点，在对该人群进行脱毒治疗、心理康复时，应考虑人格特征因素，加强心理辅导和健康教育，提高该群体药物滥用的阈值，防止或减少吸毒行为的反复发生。

Cattel-16PF analysis 0f intravenous injection heroin abusers in Beijing

Objective： To explore the personality characteristics of intravenous injection heroin abusers. Methotis： The Cattel-16PF Questionnaire were applied to investigate 201 intravenous injection heroin abusers. Results： Most intravenous injection heroin abusers were male （61.7%）. And their average age was 32.9a ± s8.7a （The minimum was 19a, while the maximum was 5 1 a）. These abusers had a variety of vocations. But the majority of them were unemployed （50.8%） and private or self-employed （15.6%）. These abusers took heroin mainly in their homes （87.6%）. The type of drug they abused was mainly heroin. They also had behavior or experience of abusing ＂ice＂, sedative-hypnotics, ecstasy, etc. After comparing 16PF score between the abusers and the Chinese norm, we found the scores of Sociability, Gregariousness, Excitability, Courageousness, Conscientiousness and Fantasy are higher than the adult norm （p 〈0.05）, while the scores of Intelligence, Experimentation, Independence, Suspicion were lower than the norm （p 〈0.05）. The female six factors value of Gregariousness, Intelligence, Excitability, Coura- geousness, Conscientiousness, Fantasy were higher than male＇s （p 〈0.05） .Conclusion： Intravenous injection hero- in abusers in Beijing have special personality characteristics. While carrying on drug treatment and mental rehabil- itation, we should consider the personality characteristic factor, strengthen the mental state guidance and healthy education.
