梧州市2007—2008年艾滋病免费自愿咨询检测结果分析

目的：了解梧州市疾病预防控制中心2007—2008年艾滋病免费自愿咨询检测（vca3情况。方法：采用回顾性方法，收集整理2007年1月1日-2008年12月31日，到VCT门诊求询者的基本信息以及艾滋病病毒（HIV）抗体检测情况。结果：两年来到VCT门诊求询者共1904人次，HIV抗体总阳性率为14．29％，其中2007年阳性率为23．93％，2008年阳性率为11．75％。求询者以15-49岁青壮年为主，男女比例为1：1．27，女性HIV抗体阳性低于男性。求询原因主要是性行为，以婚外性行为为主。静脉吸毒人群的HIV抗体阳性率最高。结论：VCT门诊是发现HIV感染者／病人以及实施干预的重要窗口。

Analysis on HIV voluntary counseling and testing result in Wuzhou 2007-2008

Objective： To understand HIV voluntary counseling and testing situation in Wuzhou CDC 2007-2008. Methods： Using reviewing ways to collect the information and HIV test result of people who took HIV voluntary counseling and testing from 1 Jan. 2007 to 31 Dec. 2008. Results： In the past two years, 1904 visitors visit HIV voluntary counseling and testing clinic, 14.29% of them were HIV＋, in 2007 23.93% of them were HIV＋, while in 2008 11.75% of them were HIV＋. Most of visitors were young people who were 15-49 years old, male to female proportion is 1：1.27, there were less female HIV＋ than male. Many of them asked for HIV voluntary counseling and testing because of sex behaviours, especially sex with non-partners. IDU group had the highest proportion of HIV＋. Conclusion： HIV voluntary counseling and testing clinic is an most important way to find HIV infectors/patients.
