内镜下鼻胆管引流治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎的价值

目的探讨内镜下鼻胆管引流治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎的价值。方法根据治疗方法的不同将急性胆源性胰腺炎患者40例分为治疗组与对照组各20例，两组入院后都给予常规内科治疗，然后治疗组给予ERCP＋EST＋ENBD＋腹腔镜胆囊切除术，而对照组给予常规开腹手术治疗。结果所有患者都完成治疗，无死亡患者与严重并发症发生。经过观察，治疗组的腹痛消失时间、血清淀粉酶恢复时间与术后住院天数都明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论内镜下鼻胆管引流治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎安全有效，对缩短病程有积极的临床价值。

The Value of Endoscopic Nasobiliary Drainage in the Treating Acute Biliary Pancreatitis

Objective To study the value of endoscopic nasobiliary drainage in the treating acute biliary pancreatitis. Methods According to the different methods of treatment to 40 patients with acute biliary pancreatitis were divided into treatment group and control group with 20 cases in each group, all patients Were given conventional internal medicine treatment after admission, and the treatment group was given ERCP＋ EST＋ENBD＋ laparoscopic cholecystectomy, whereas the control group were received conventional open surgery. Results All patients completed the treatment, no deaths and severe complications. The treatment group of the abdominal pain disappeared time, serum amylase time, recovery time and postoperative hospital stay were significantly less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic nasobiliary drainage is effective and safe in the treating acute biliary pancreatitis.
