摘    要:目的探讨舒血宁和血塞通治疗急性脑梗死的成本效果。方法选择我院2007年11月至2009年11月急性脑梗死患者81例,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组。两组患者均给予以下相同或者相似治疗:口服阿司匹林肠溶片,给予甘露醇脱水治疗,合并有高血压、糖尿病等给予相应对症治疗。观察组给予血塞通注射液。对照组给予舒血宁注射液。两组患者均治疗14d。结果两组患者总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);对照组成本效果比为151.1,观察组成本效果比为54.3。结论分别采用舒血宁和血塞通治疗急性脑梗死时,使用血塞通方案要比使用舒血宁方案经济,医疗成本相当较低。

Abstract:Objective To explore the difference of cost-effectiveness of shu xue ning and xue sai tong on acute cerebral infarction. Methods 81 cases with acute cerebral infarction were selected from November 2007 to November 2009,and were divided into two groups,observation group and control group. The similar therapy was given to two groups:oral administration of enteric coated aspirin、mannitol was used for dehydration therapy,expectant treatment was done for the patients with hypertension or diabetesmellitus. xue sai tong injection was used to observation group,shu xue ning injection was used to control group,the course was 14 days. Results The total effective rate in two groups compared,there was statistical difference(P〈 0. 05) . The ratio of costeffectiveness was 151. 1 in control group,he ratio of cost-effectiveness was 54. 3 in observation group. Conclusion When shu xue ning and xue sai tong were used to treat the patients with acute cerebral infarction,the scheme of xue sai tong has low cost,but high efficacy,the cost is lower than the scheme of shu xue ning.
