头痛宁胶囊对偏头痛患者血管活性物质的影响

目的观察头痛宁胶囊对偏头痛患者血管活性物质的影响。方法将127例患者随机分为头痛宁组和常规治疗组，两组病例均尼莫地平口服30mg，3次／d；头痛宁组在此基础上，给予头痛宁胶囊口服3粒，30次／d；两组均治疗28d。观察治疗前、治疗28d后血管活性物质的变化。结果两组患者血浆NPY、CGRP和ET均较治疗前明显下降（P〈0．05），NO较治疗前明显升高（P〈0．05），治疗28d后头痛宁组血浆NPY、CGRP和ET较常规治疗组低（P〈0．05），血浆NO较常规治疗组高（P〈0．05）。结论头痛宁胶囊最大限度的发挥治疗头痛的作用。

Effects of Toutongning capsule on serum vasoactive substances in patients with migraine

Objective To observe the headache capsule of migraine patients vasoactive substances. Methods 127 patients were randomly divided into Toutongning group and the conventional treatment group, the two groups of patients were nimodipine oral 30 mg three times a day. Toutongning group on the basis of given Toutongning oral capsule three times a day ; two groupswere treated for 28 days. Observed before treatment, after 28 days of treatment vasoactive substances. Results The two groups of patients with plasma NPY of CGRP and ET compared with before treatment was significantly decreased （P 〈 0. 05）, NO than before treatment was significantly higher （P 〈 0.05） after 28 days of treatment Toutongning group plasma NPY, CGRP and ET compared with conventional treatment group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, plasma NO compared to the conventional treatment group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion headache role of capsule maximize treatment of headache.
