美金刚片联合奥拉西坦注射液治疗血管性痴呆的疗效分析

目的分析美金刚片联合奥拉西坦注射液治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法 52例血管性痴呆患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各26例。对照组单纯给予美金刚片治疗,观察组给予美金刚片联合奥拉西坦注射液治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生率及简明精神状态量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分。结果观察组MMSE评分(22.36±3.45)分及MoCA评分(65.43±1.14)分均显著高于对照组的(18.47±2.68)、(58.28±2.12)分,ADL评分(17.19±2.32)分明显低于对照组的(18.84±2.57)分,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的73.08%,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.083, P>0.05)。结论对血管性痴呆患者应用美金刚片联合奥拉西坦注射液治疗,可有效增强其临床疗效,安全性较高。

Analysis of therapeutic effect of memantine tablets combined with oxiracetam injection on vascular dementia

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of memantine tablets combined with oxiracetam injection on vascular dementia.Methods A total of 52 vascular dementia patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated by memantine tablets,and the observation group was treated by memantine tablets combined with oxiracetam injection.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,mini-mental state examination(MMSE),activities of daily living(ADL)and Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)score were compared between the two groups.Results MMSE score(22.36±3.45)points and MoCA score(65.43±1.14)points in the observation were significantly higher than(18.47±2.68)and(58.28±2.12)points in the control group,and ADL score(17.19±2.32)points was obviously lower than(18.84±2.57)points in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 96.15%in the observation group,which was higher than 73.08%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^2=1.083.P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of memantine tablets and oxiracetam injection can effectively enhance its clinical efficacy with high safety.
