| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腺性膀胱炎的诊断和治疗方法。方法经膀胱镜检查结合组织活检确诊50例腺性膀胱炎均经尿道等离子电切及抗肿瘤药THP保留膀胱灌注治疗。结果50例患者随诊6-48个月，膀胱镜检查正常，症状消失，治愈28例；好转16例；6例复发；无1例癌变。结论膀胱镜检查结合组织活检对早期诊断腺性膀胱炎具有重要意义；经尿道电切后膀胱灌注抗肿瘤药物是治疗腺性膀胱炎的主要方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of cystitis glandularis. Methods transurethral plasmakentic vaporization and THP intravesical instillation. Results All patients have been followed up for 6 to 48 months . 28 cases were cured, 16 cases improved;6cases recurred. There was no malignant change in all cases. Conclusion Cystoscope examination with pathologic studies are important for early diagnosis of cystitis glandularis. Transurethral resection combined with bladder instillation of drug may be the main treatment for cystitis glandularis. |
