特布他林联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床观察

目的 观察特布他林联合普米克令舒雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的临床疗效.方法 80例老年COPD急性加重期患者分2组:对照组40例,仅给予常规治疗;治疗组40例,常规治疗基础上给予特布他林5 mg、普米克令舒1 mg联合雾化吸入,2次/d.记录两组患者用药5～7 d,临床症状、体征、动脉血气改变及相关副反应如肝肾功能、血糖等情况.结果 两组疗效相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 特布他林、普米克令舒联合雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期治疗有效、副作用小、安全性高.

Clinical observation of terbutaline and pulmicort respules combinedly atomized inhalation on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of terbutaline and pulmicort respules combinedly atomized inhalation for the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods 80 old patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were allocated into two groups in random,the control group（n=40） received conventional theray,the treatment group（n=40） received terbutaline（5 mg） and pulmicort respules（1 mg） atomized inhalation on basis of conventional theray.The two groups were treated in five-seven days,and were recorded the changes of clinical symptom,physicak sign,arterial blood gas analysis and the related side effect（for example,liver and renal function,blood suga,etc）.Results There are great difference between the two groups in clinical effect（P0.05）.Conclusion Terbutaline and pulmicort respules combinedly atomized inhalation in the treatment of the patients with acute exacerbation of COPD was effective,little side effect and very safe.
