妇产科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的观察与分析

目的 探讨妇产科术后并发下肢深静脉血栓形成（deep vein thrombosis DVT）的护理措施。方法 回顾性分析我院46例妇产科术后并发急性下肢DVT患者的临床资料。结果 46例患者经治疗2～3周下肢肿胀消失，复查彩超提示下肢静脉再通，侧枝循环建立。结论 妇产科术后并发急性DVT已引起重视，药物保守治疗有效。通过临床护理和采取干预措施，可以预防DVT发生和促使DVT痊愈，防止肺栓塞（plumonary embolism PE）及其它并发症的发生。

Nursing Experence on Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limb after the Obstetrics and Gynecology Operation

Objective To explore the nursing provision in deep venous thrombosis of lower limb after the obstetrics and gynecology operation. Methods The profiles of 46 cases with postoperative acute DVT in gynecotokology were analyzed retrospectively. Results 46 cases were examined with Colour Doppler through treatment for 2 - 3 weeks. It is revealed that deep vein had been unobstructed and collateral circulation had been establised. Conclusion Postoperative acute DVT in gynecotokology has been pay attention. Conservative therapy is effective for acute DVT. Clinical nursing and intervention provision can prevent DVT and they got satisfied effect for acute DVT. PE and and other complications can be effectively prevented when clinical nursing and intervention provision is applied to clinical practice.
