下肢深静脉顺行性造影X线诊断探讨

目的评价下肢深静脉顺行性造影在诊断下肢静脉疾病中的价值。方法对132例下肢深静脉顺行性造影病例进行回顾性总结。结果造影X线表现正常占9.1%;深静脉瓣.膜功能不全占32.5%;交通静脉瓣膜功能不全占46.2%;深静脉血栓形成占4.6%;先天性静脉发育异常占0.8%。结论下肢深静脉顺行性造影对下肢静脉疾病的诊断具有重要价值,能为血管外科治疗提供可靠的影像学依据。

Diagnosisvalue of lower extremity deep vein phlebography

Objective To evaluate the value of deep venous angiography for anterograde venous diseases.Methods 132 cases with deep venous antegrade angiography were retrospectively summarized.Results X ray imaging showed 9.1% patients were normal,32.5% patients were deep vein valve insufficiency.46.2% patients were incompetence of communicating vein.4.6% patients were deep vein thrombosis;0.8% patients were congenital venous abnormalities.Conclusion Deep venous antegrade angiography has great value for the diagnosis of lower extremity venous diseases,which can provide a reliable imaging evidence for surgical treatment of vascular.
