肛裂切除术和纵切横缝术治疗肛裂的临床效果对比

目的探讨肛裂切除术与纵切横缝术治疗肛裂患者的临床效果。方法89例肛裂患者,根据治疗方式的不同分成研究组(44例)与常规组(45例)。研究组采取肛裂切除术治疗,常规组采取纵切横缝术治疗。对比两组手术相关指标、并发症发生率、疼痛程度。结果研究组手术时间短于常规组,术中出血量少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组并发症发生率4.44%低于研究组的22.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分为(4.74±1.06)分,低于常规组的(7.54±2.63)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛裂切除术与纵切横缝术各有利弊,对于肛裂患者来说,需要结合患者的实际情况,选择更合适的手术方式治疗,以确保手术效果。

Comparison of clinical effects of anal fissure excision and longitudinal section and transverse suture in treatment of anal fissure

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of anal fissure excision and longitudinal section and transverse suture in treatment of anal fissure.Methods A total of 89 patients with anal fissure were divided into research group(44 cases)and conventional group(45 cases)according to different treatment methods.The research group was treated with anal fissure excision,and the conventional group was treated with longitudinal section and transverse suture.The surgical related indicators,complication rate,and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the research group was shorter than that of the conventional group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the conventional group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 4.44%in the research group was lower than 22.73%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the research group was(4.74±1.06)points,which was lower than(7.54±2.63)points of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both anal fissure excision and longitudinal section and transverse suture have their own advantages and disadvantages.For patients with anal fissure,it is necessary to select a more appropriate surgical treatment according to the actual situation of patients to ensure the surgical effect.
