| 摘 要： | 目的测定甘草饮片中甘草苷和甘草酸含量，为甘草饮片质量标准制定提供依据。方法以甘草苷和甘草酸为指标，采用HPLC法对十家饮片企业的甘草饮片进行含量测定。结果所测甘草饮片中的甘草苷和甘草酸含量全部达到《中国药典》2005年版一部甘草药材标准要求，且野生甘草饮片明显高于栽培甘草饮片。结论甘草饮片中的甘草苷和甘草酸含量差异较大，建议加强甘草产地适宜性、规范化栽培和饮片质量标准及工艺制备研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To measure the the Content analysis of the liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhiza Praeparata and to provide the accordance for the quality standard of the Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhiza Praeparata. Methods Taking the liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid as the target, Wo measured the content of the Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhiza Praeparata in 10 medicine plants in HPLC. Results The content of the liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhiza Praeparata all reached the standard of the glycyrrhiza medicines listed in Chinese Medicine Dictionary published in 2005, and the content of the natural Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhiza Praeparata was much more than the growing one obviously. Conclusion The content difference is bigger of the liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhiza Praeparata, therefore it is suggested to strengthen the acclimatization of the producing area of the glycyrrhiza , to standardize the growing and the medicine quality and the research of the technology and the preparation. |
