腹腔镜下输卵管逆行插管在输卵管妊娠中的应用

目的：研究探讨腹腔镜下输卵管逆行插管在输卵管妊娠中的应用。方法选取61例输卵管妊娠患者作为治疗组对象,采用腹腔镜下输卵管逆行插管治疗,同时选取64例输卵管妊娠患者作为对照组,采用常规输卵管手术方法进行治疗。结果治疗组61例患者中,52例对侧输卵管通畅,通畅率为85.25%,随访期间,宫内妊娠22例,宫内妊娠率为36.07%；对照组64例患者中,44例对侧输卵管通畅,通畅率为68.75%,随访期间,宫内妊娠13例,宫内妊娠率为20.31%,差异显著。结论采用腹腔镜下输卵管逆行插管通液对输卵管妊娠患者进行治疗,可以有效改善患者输卵管的通畅情况,提高宫内妊娠率,减少不孕症的发生,对于提高育龄妇女的健康具有积极的意义。

Effect of spinal column ligament injury on thoracolumbar burst fracture surgery

Objective To analyze the effect of spinal column ligament injury on thoracolumbar burst fracture surgery. Methods 38 cases of thoracolumbar burst fracture with spinal column ligamentous structures injury patients were selected from March 2010 to March 2013 in our hospital as the study group, and the other options in the same period were not accompanied as the control group, and two groups of patients were treated with posterior laminectomy fixation surgery. Observed ASIA neurological dysfunction rating situation, damage vertebral body shape changes and activities of daily living scale score situation before and after treatment. Results Study group of patients with injury scales were heavier than the control group before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）;the study group patients with vertebral morphology to improve were worse than the control group （P＆lt;0.05）;study group of patients before and after surgery, Barthel scores were lower than the control group of patients, the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusions If or not the spinal column ligament injury for patients with thoracolumbar burst fractures has a great influence in nerve function after surgery, so it needed to be treated carefully, and to avoid further damage.
