磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿窒息后心肌损害的疗效观察

目的观察磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿窒息后心肌损害的疗效。方法选择新生儿窒息后心肌损害的患儿治疗组48例,对照组50例。两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,治疗组给予静脉滴注磷酸肌酸钠1.0g/次,1次/d,5～7d为1个疗程,对照组给予1,6-二磷酸果糖,每次250mg/kg,2次/d静脉滴入,5～7d为一疗程。观察两组患儿治疗前后症状、体征以及心电图、心肌酶谱的变化。结果治疗组的总有效率为93.8%,明显高于对照组的74.0%,治疗组与对照组治疗后心肌酶谱比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性心肌损害疗效显著、安全有效。

Creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of neonatal asphyxia curative effect observation

Objective Effect of creatine phosphate in treatment of myocardial damage due to neonatal asphyxia with. Methods For the selection of myocardial damage due to neonatal asphyxia in48 cases in the treatment group,50 cases in the control group. Two groups were given conventional treatment, on this founda-tion; the treatment group was given intravenous infusion of creatine phosphate sodiuml g/, 1/d,5 -7 days for a course of 1, the control group was given1,6-two phosphate fructose, every time 250 mg/kg,2/d intravenous drip,5-7 days for a course of treatment. Two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with symptoms, signs and the electrocardiogram, the change of myocardial enzyme spectrum. Results The total ef-fective rate in treatment group was 93. 8%, significantly higher than that of control group74%, the treatment group and the control group after treatment of myocardial enzyme spectrum had significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion the creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic myocardial damage curative effect, safe and effective.
