| 摘 要： | 目的探讨他汀类药物在稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块的作用机制。方法回顾性分析我院130例采用他汀类药物进行治疗的动脉粥样硬化的患者,观察患者治疗前后的血脂变化,包括TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、hs-CRP。对比治疗前后有无明显差异,并采用统计学分析方法进行分析。结果经过一年的治疗,130例患者的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、hs-CRP均较治疗前有明显变化（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论他汀类药物有很好的稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块的作用,通过降低患者的血脂,进而阻止患者斑块的进展。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the interaction mechanisms of statins on stable the carotid atherosclerosis plaque.Methods Retrospective analysis of 130 cases in our hospital with statins for treatment of patients with atherosclerosis was observed.Before and after treatment,the blood lipid changes,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,hs-CRP were analyzed.Results After a year of treatment,130 patients with TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,hs-CRP significantly change compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Statins have a good stability of atherosclerotic plaque by reducing blood lipid,thereby preventing the progress of patients with plaque. |
