百草枯急性中毒引起肺损害的临床分析

目的观察百草枯中毒致肺损害的变化,以探讨其抢救和治疗措施。方法临床对比分析34例中毒患者的临床表现、X线胸片、血气分析,比较常规治疗与常规治疗+复方丹参注射液治疗的效果。结果服毒后3d开始出现肺损害,7d达到高峰;两周内出现严重肺损害的病例A组占43.7%;B组65.3%。A组死亡病例占46.6%;B组占68.4%。结论复方丹参注射液能减轻百草枯中毒致肺损害的程度。

Clinical analysis of acute paraquat poisoning causing lung damage

Objective To investigate the change of lung injury by paraquat poisoning and to explore the measure of salvage and treatment. Methods Analyse the clinical manifestations, X-rays of chest, blood gas analysises of 34 patients with paraquat poisoning. Compared with the effect of conventional therapy and conventional therapy combined with Danshen injection. Results After swallowing poison three days,lung injury beganning to come, in seven clays rousing to peak,in two weeks coming to severity was 43.7% ,and in B group was 65.3%. Case-fatality rates of A group was 46. 6% ,in B group was 68.4%. Conclusion Danshen injection can alleviate the degree of lung injury by paraquat poisoning.
