TDP防治产妇产后切口感染的效果观察

目的探讨特定电磁波治疗器(TDP)在防治产妇产后切口感染的临床效果。方法91例剖宫产产妇,依照产后处理方案不同分为对照组(44例)和研究组(47例)。对照组产妇经常规处理,研究组在对照组基础上联合TDP治疗的患者。比较两组患者产后并发症发生情况、术后切口感染情况以及术后3、7、10 d的伤口疼痛情况。结果研究组产后并发症发生率6.4%(3/47)显著低于对照组的20.45%(9/44),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后切口感染1例,发生率为2.1%;对照组术后切口感染6例,发生率为13.6%,研究组术后切口感染发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇术后3、7、10 d的疼痛评分分别为(6.25±1.18)、(4.37±1.24)、(1.52±1.33)分,均低于对照组的(8.44±1.11)、(7.25±1.27)、(6.57±1.18)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产妇产后常规处理基础上联合TDP治疗可改善产妇术后恢复效果,降低切口感染发生率,减少术后并发症发生,更适用于剖宫产产妇术后处理。

Observation on the effect of TDP therapeutic apparatus in preventing and treating postpartum incision infection

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of TDP therapeutic apparatus in preventing and treating postpartum incision infection.Methods A total of 91 women with cesarean section were divided into control group(44 cases)and research group(47 cases)according to different postpartum treatment plans.The control group received conventional treatment,and the research group combined TDP therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the control group.The postpartum complications,postoperative wound infection,and wound pain at 3,7,and 10 d postoperatively were compared between the two groups.Results The postpartum complication rates 6.4%(3/47)in the research group was significantly lower than 20.45%(9/44)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 1 case of postoperative wound infection in the research group,with an incidence rate of 2.1%;6 cases of postoperative wound infection in the control group,with an incidence rate of 13.6%.The incidence of postoperative wound infection in the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of the parturients in the research group were(6.25±1.18),(4.37±1.24),(1.52±1.33)points at 3,7,and 10 d postoperatively,which were all lower than(8.44±1.11),(7.25±1.27)and(6.57±1.18)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional postpartum treatment,TDP therapeutic apparatus can improve the effect of postoperative recovery,reduce the incidence of incision infection and postoperative complications,which is more suitable for postoperative treatment of cesarean section.
