地特胰岛素联合参芪降糖颗粒对2型糖尿病患者血糖及血脂的影响

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者采用地特胰岛素联合参芪降糖颗粒治疗对其血糖及血脂的影响。方法 142例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照信封法将其分为单用组与联用组,各71例。单用组给予地特胰岛素治疗,联用组在单用组的基础上给予参芪降糖颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗前后的血糖指标空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]及血脂指标总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]水平。结果治疗后,两组患者的FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c水平均低于本组治疗前,且联用组的FPG(5.84±0.32)mmol/L、2 h PG(7.13±1.09)mmol/L、HbA1c(6.45±0.32)%均低于单用组的(6.68±0.46)mmol/L、(8.74±1.25)mmol/L、(7.51±0.41)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的TC、LDL-C水平均低于本组治疗前, HDL-C水平高于本组治疗前,且联用组的TC(4.17±0.62)mmol/L、LDL-C(2.25±0.44)mmol/L均低于单用组的(4.86±0.79)、(2.76±0.66)mmol/L, HDL-C(1.99±0.40)mmol/L高于单用组的(1.47±0.35)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者采用地特胰岛素联合参芪降糖颗粒治疗的效果较好,能有效改善患者的糖脂代谢水平。

Effect of insulin detemir combined with Shenqi Jiangtang Granule on blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To discuss the effect of insulin detemir combined with Shenqi Jiangtang Granule on blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 142 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were taken as the research subjects, and they were divided into single group and combined group according to the envelope method, with 71 cases in each group. The single group was treated with insulin detemir, and the combined group was treated with Shenqi Jiangtang Granules on the basis of the single group.Both groups were compared in terms of blood glucose indexes fasting plasma glucose(FPG), 2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c)] and blood lipid indexes total cholesterol(TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)] before and after treatment.Results After treatment, the FPG, 2 h PG, and HbA1 c of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment, and the FPG(5.84±0.32) mmol/L, 2 h PG(7.13±1.09) mmol/L, HbA1 c(6.45±0.32)% of the combined group were lower than(6.68±0.46) mmol/L,(8.74±1.25) mmol/L,(7.51±0.41)% of the single group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).
