一次性宫颈球囊扩张器用于足月妊娠引产中对宫颈成熟和妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨一次性宫颈球囊扩张器用于足月妊娠引产中对宫颈成熟和妊娠结局的影响。方法86例足月妊娠产妇,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组43例。观察组使用一次性宫颈球囊扩张器进行引产,对照组使用宫缩素进行引产。比较两组的宫颈成熟度评分、促宫颈成熟疗效、引产效果、第一产程、第二产程、产后出血量及新生儿Apgar评分。结果治疗后,观察组的宫颈成熟度评分(8.65±0.70)分高于对照组的(6.80±0.66)分,促宫颈成熟总有效率97.67%高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的引产总有效率100.00%显著高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的第一产程、第二产程短于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对足月妊娠产妇,采用一次性宫颈球囊扩张器进行引产对提高宫颈成熟度有明显效果,在短时间内可以结束妊娠,不会对母体和胎儿造成损伤,让更多的产妇可以选择阴道分娩。随着二胎政策的推广,产妇数量会有明显增加,一次性宫颈球囊扩张器的应用可以降低并发症的发生率以及剖宫产率。

Effect of disposable cervical balloon dilator on cervical ripening and pregnancy outcome during fullterm pregnancy induction

Objective To discuss t he effect of disposable cervical balloon dilator on cervical ripening and pregnancy outcome during full-term pregnancy induction.Methods A total of 86 full-term pregnancy women were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The observation group received disposable cervical balloon dilator for induction,and the control group received oxytocin for induction.The cervical ripening score,cervical ripening efficacy,induction effect,first stage of labor,second stage of labor,postpartum blood loss,and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the cervical ripening score(8.65±0.70)points of the observation group was higher than(6.80±0.66)points of the control group,and total effective rate of cervical ripening 97.67%was higher than 81.40%of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of labor induction 100.00%of the observation group was significantly higher than 81.40%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first and second stage of labor of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,postpartum blood loss was less than that of the control group,and neonatal Apgar score was higher than that of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For full-term pregnant women,the use of disposable balloon dialator for labor induction has an obvious effect on improving cervical ripeness,can end the pregnancy in a short time without causing damage to the mother and baby,so that more women can choose vaginal delivery.With the promotion of the two-child policy,the number of pregnant women will increase significantly.The application of disposable balloon dilator can reduce the incidence of complications and cesarean section rate.
