2011年湖南省儿科手足口病用药不良反应报告分析

目的 探索儿科常见疾病用药不良反应的发生特点及临床表现,为儿科临床安全用药提供参考.方法 通过利用全国药物不良反应监测中心中的省级ADR中心网页检索,共收集2011～2012年我省儿科手足口病不良反应详细报告69例;在构建数据库的基础上,应用统计学方法对相关信息进行分析.结果 发生的不良反应,男性、女性发生率大致相同,不良反应主要发生时间在用药后30～60 min内,发生不良反应的给药途径以静脉滴注为主(占97.2%),不良反应的主要类型是过敏反应和胃肠道损害.结论 应该规范儿科临床合理用药,增强预防意识,减少药物不良反应的发生.

The analysis pediatric hand foot mouth disease report of adverse drug reaction in my province in 2011

Objective To explore the common pediatric disease of adverse drug reaction features and clinical manifestations of pediatric clinical edication safety,for reference.Methods By using the method of adverse drug reaction monitoring center in provincial ADR center webpage retrieval,were collected for 2011 ～ 2012 years my province pediatric hand foot mouth disease report of 69 cases of adverse drug reactions in detail;in the construction of database on the basis of statistical methods,application of information analysis.Results The occurrence of adverse reactions,male,female occurred at about the same rate,adverse reactions have occurred primarily in after administration of 30 ～ 60 min,the incidence of adverse reactions to route of administration by intravenous infusion of mainly(97.2%),adverse reactions are the major types of allergic reactions and gastrointestinal damage.Conclusion Should regulate pediatric clinical rational use of drugs,to enhance awareness of prevention,to reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
