摘    要:目的:研究乌头碱的水解产物。方法:用高效液相色谱-电喷雾-质谱/质谱(HPLC—ESI—MS^N)的方法对乌头碱的水解产物进行分析,其中液相用梯度洗脱,质谱用正离子模式。结果:在水解液中发现了乌头碱的4种水解产物的准分子离子和其各级碎片,其准分子离子为604,500,586,482。结论:乌头碱的水解成分为乌头次碱,乌头原碱和另外2种未知产物。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the hydrolysates of aconitine.Methods: The aconitine was eluated in a gradient setting by HPLC and then analyzed by ESI-MSn.Agilent MS TRAP equipped with ESI source was used as detector and operated in positive ion mode.Results:Four hydrolysates were found with protonated molecular ions at m/z 604,500,586 and 482.Conclusion:The hydrolysates were elucidated as bebziylaconine,aconine and other two unknown compounds.
