| 摘 要： | 迄今,人们已从各类海洋生物中分离获得14 500余种具有各种结构类型的海洋天然产物,其中20种已进入临床研究.运用新的研究方法和技术,开拓新的资源领域,将是解决药源问题的可行途径.笔者概述海洋药物的研究进展,展望海洋药物研究发展趋势.

| Abstract: | This report details the current and future trends in the investigation of marine drugs. Currently,more than 14,500 of marine compounds with various types of chemical skeletons have been isolated from diversity of marine organisms,of which 20 are in clinical development. The further exploration of marine drugs will increasingly depend not only upon innovative methodology and unmet need,but also upon synergies what else is available,and what else is being developed. |
