摘    要:目的:依据蔓荆子中有效成分的理化性质,优选蔓荆子的提取工艺条件。方法:采用L9(3^4)正交试验设计,以药材中总黄酮和紫花牡荆素的提取率作为考察指标,采用UV法和HPLC法测定,所得结果进行方差分析,综合两个指标结果确定最佳工艺。结果:蔓荆子药材粗粉,用20倍量的95%乙醇作提取溶剂,回流提取3次,每次1h为最佳工艺。结论:优选出的工艺稳定,方法可行。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extraction technology conditions for Fructus Viticis according to the active components property. Methods: With L9(34) orthogonal test, and with the extraction rate of total flavone and castisin as criteria, the contents of which were determined by UV and HPLC methods, the best extraction technology conditions were optimized. Results:The best extraction technology conditions were as follows: the material was pulverized, refluxed three times of one hour each, and 95% ethanol aqueous solution was used as extraction solvent. Conclusion: The optimized extraction technology is stable, convenient and practical.
