| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨临床药师的工作策略。方法：回顾分析我国临床药师工作的现状,以系统论为理论依据剖析临床药师工作的目标、地位、路径和重点,根据临床实践及管理需求提出建议。结果与结论：临床药师应该融合于医院大目标,聚集专业发挥特长,提供全面的基础服务、创新的宏观服务与重点的微观服务。

| Abstract: | Objective： To introduce and discuss the optimal strategy of the clinical pharmacist＇s work. Methods： The situation of the clinical pharmacists＇ work in China is analyzed. The objective, status, approaches and key point of clinical pharmacists＇ work are analysed according to the system theory, and some new proposals for clinical practice and administration are put forward. Results and Conclusion： The clinical pharmacists should focus their work on the professional pharmaceutical service according to the overall objective of the hospital. |
