| 摘 要： | 为适应新时期社会发展和军队建设需要，对药学专业4年制本科教育的课程体系、实践教学、素质教育等环节进行了深入研究，构建了有军事特色的药学人才培养模式并付诸实践。在实施过程中通过进一步完善教学管理制度，推动一二三课堂协调发展，实行新的课程教学模式，提高了药学人才的培养质量。
