| 摘 要： | 目的：促进医院制剂的健康发展。方法：分析国内医院制剂的现状和问题。结果：目前，医院制剂仍存在定位偏差，制剂的工艺技术和品种相对陈旧，运营管理体制落后，赢利能力较差等问题。结论：医院制剂应合理调整制剂结构，提高制剂质量，做好其开发应用工作，促进特色医院制剂向新药转化。政府有关部门应给予医院制剂更多的关注和帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective: To promote the healthy development of hospital preparations. Methods:The actualities and existing problems of hospital preparations in China were analysed. Results:There were some problems in hospital preparations, such as deviated orientation, relatively old techniques and preparations, lagging operating system of administration, low profits, etc. Conclusion: Measures should be taken to adjust the structure of hospital preparations reasonably, enhance its quality, manage its development and application, and promote the transformation from special hospital preparations to new drugs. Relevant government department should pay more attention and give more help to the development of hospital preparations. |
