抗感染药物171例不良反应回顾性分析

目的：统计上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院抗感染药药品不良反应（ADR）的发生情况及引发ADR的相关因素.方法：对本院2004年5月-2006年6月收集到的171例ADR进行汇总分析.结果：171例ADR中,静脉给药引发的ADR有140例,占总例数的81.87%.头孢菌素类抗生索引起的ADR居首位,其次为喹诺酮类抗菌药.皮肤及附件损伤是ADR的最主要表现,占总例数的61.40%,较严重的ADR有18例,占总例数的10.53%,最严重的为过敏性休克（6例）.结论：上报的抗感染药物发生ADR的例数与药品种类、给药途径等多种因素相关,应审慎用药,以减少或避免ADR的发生.

Retrospective analysis of 171 cases of adverse drug reactions induced by anti-infectives

Objective: To investigate the incidence and correlative factors of adverse drug reactions(ADR) induced by anti-infectives in Renji Hospital affiliated to Medical School, Shanghai Jiaotong University.Methods: One hundred and seventy-one ADR cases which occurred in this hospital from May 2004 to June 2006 were collected and analyzed.Results: One hundred and forty cases(81.87%) of the 171 ADR cases were induced by intravenously administered drugs.Cephalosporins were the leading causes of ADR,and the next was quinolones.Impairment of skin and its accessories were clinically common ADR,which accounted for 61.40% of the total ADR.There were 18 severe cases(10.53%) and the most serious of them was anaphylaxic shock(6 cases).Conclusion: The incidence of ADR is related to many factors,such as administration routes and category of drugs.Attention should be paid to these factors so as to avoid the ADR induced by anti-infectives.
