| 摘 要： | 抗菌药物对人体肠道微生态确有影响。本文综述了肠道菌群的生态学、抗菌药物对肠道菌群的影响、肠道菌群失调的机理与表现．以及微生态制剂在防治肠道菌群失调中的作用。合理应用微生态制剂可减少抗菌药物所致肠道菌群失调。

In this article, the research on ecology of intestinal flora,the effect of antibactcrials on intestinal flora, the mechanism and manifestations of intestinal flora imbalance and the effect of microecological modulator on prevention and treatment of intestinal flora imbalance are reviewed. |
