| 摘 要： | 聚酰胺胺阳离子聚合物是一类新型高分子树形化合物,在药物递送、基因转染、疾病诊断等领域有广泛的应用。因其具有无免疫原性、低毒性等优点,聚酰胺胺树形化合物越来越受到人们的关注,在基因治疗领域发挥着重要的作用。本文对目前聚酰胺胺树形化合物作为基因载体的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | As a new kind of high molecular dendrimer compound,polyamidoamine(PAMAM) dendrimers have been widely applied in the areas of drug delivery,gene transfer,disease diagnosis and so on.Based on their non-immunogenicity and low toxicity,PAMAM dendrimers attract more and more attention,and play an important role in the field of gene therapy.In this paper,recent research on PAMAM dendrimers as gene carriers is summarized. |
