| 摘 要： | 本研究借鉴国外经验,通过数据收集、数据整理和计算机信号筛选3个方面探讨药品上市后不良反应监测和不良反应信号自动发现方法。监测的方法应尽可能多样化,数据编码字典要统一化,信号筛选算法也最好不要只选一种,整个监测-评价系统要有定期评估,以保证信号发现系统的良好运作。

| Abstract: | Drug post-marketing surveillance and adverse drug reaction(ADR) signal automated detecting methods are discussed in the three aspects,including data collection,data clean and coding and computerized ADR signal screening.It is beneficial to the operation of signal detecting system to use multiple surveillance methods and signal screening arithmetic,to unify the data coding dictionary and to periodically evaluate the whole system. |
