规范合理用药管理 保障医患用药安全

规范合理用药管理,保障医患用药安全是医院的一项重要工作。大连市中心医院经过9年的实践,摸索出一套行政干预的组织管理机构、管理制度、条例和培训方法,收到了较好的效果。但行政干预也存在干预面不够广,处罚手段逐渐失效,管理人员与医师间存在抵触情绪,不合理用药仍广泛存在等问题。为此,本院对合理用药管理从行政干预转向信息化管理,目前在实施的有5个信息化管理模块:药品费用比例管理模块、围手术期预防应用抗菌药物管理模块、同类药品使用排他限定管理模块、特殊药品有条件限定使用管理模块、超常规使用药品限定管理模块。上述合理用药管理系列软件均具有层级化监控管理和实时监控的功能,属国内首创,值得在全国大型医院推广。
