南京军区福州总医院2002～2004年麻醉性镇痛药的药物利用分析

目的：通过调查南京军区福州总医院近年来麻醉性镇痛药的使用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对本院2002～2004年麻醉性镇痛药的品种、消耗量、用药金额和用药频度等进行统计分析。结果：本院麻醉性镇痛药的使用量及用药金额均呈逐年上升趋势，特别是麻醉性镇痛药用药金额的增长率显著高于全院药品使用金额的增长率；盐酸哌替啶注射液在本院的使用虽然在逐年下降，但其下降幅度并不很大，用量及用药频度依然很高；吗啡的用量虽然逐年增长，但其在麻醉性镇痛药中所占的比例依然不高；芬太尼贴剂的用药频度很小。结论：本院近年来麻醉性镇痛药的使用逐渐趋向于合理，但尚存在盐酸哌替啶注射液用量较大和用药频度较高等问题。

The use of narcotic analgesics in Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region during 2002-2004

Objective: To investigate the situation of use of narcotic analgesics in Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region in recent years and to offer the guideline for doctors in clinical rational use of the drugs.Methods: The data of narcotic analgesics used in this hospital during 2002-2004 were collected. The kinds of drugs,total dosage,purchase cost of narcotic analgesics and frequency of drug usage(DDDs)were analyzed.Results: The total dosage and the purchase cost of narcotic analgesics showed an increasing tendency year by year in this hospital.The increased rate of purchase cost of narcotic analgesics was higher than that of all drugs used in this hospital.The consumption and DDDs of pethidine injection were still relatively high although their use was decreased slightly year by year.The consumption of morphine was increased,but its proportion in narcotic analgesics was still not high.The DDDs of fentanyl patch was low in all narcotic analgesics.Conclusion: In recent years,the use of narcotic analgesics in this hospital was gradually rationalized,but there were still some problems,such as high DDDs and large consumption of pethidine injection.
