广西医科大学第四附属医院2005--2007年麻醉性镇痛药利用分析

目的：了解广西医科大学第四附属医院麻醉性镇痛药的应用现状及趋势。方法：对本院2005年1月-2007年12月麻醉性镇痛药使用品种、金额、数量和用药频度进行统计、分析。结果：本院麻醉性镇痛药总用量呈逐年下降趋势，而枸橼酸瑞芬太尼注射液的用量逐年增加。盐酸吗啡注射液用于癌症疼痛病人频率高、剂量偏小；盐酸哌替啶注射液用于癌症疼痛病人占较大比例。结论：本院麻醉性镇痛药能合理用于复合麻醉及术后镇痛；但用于癌症疼痛仍有不足，有待提高。

Analysis of utilization of narcotic analgesics in patients of the No.4 Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University during 2005-2007
