摘    要:目的]优化暑热宁合剂中绿原酸的高效液相色谱法测定条件。方法]色谱柱:Xterra188 Waters RPC18;检测器:Waters2998;工作站:Waters Empower;流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸(10∶90);流速:1 mL/min;检测波长:327 nm。结果]该条件下可使暑热宁合剂中主要成分绿原酸达到较好的分离。结论]高效液相色谱(HPLC)实现该样品的简便、准确、快速、经济实用的分析。

Abstract:Objective] To optimize the chromatographic conditions for determining Chlorogenic Acid in Shuren ing(Summer Heat Ning) mixture.Methods] Xterra188 Waters RP C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used;Detecter was waters2998;Work station: Waters Empower;The motile phase: acetonitrile0.4% Phosphoric acid(10∶90),The flow rate was 1 mL.per min,and the detection wavelength was set at 327nm.Results] This condition could have a good separation for Chlorogenic Acid.Conclusion] It was a simple,accurate,fast and inexpensive analysis for the adenosine phosphates.
