| 摘 要： | 梅核气是临床常见的一种症状,表现为咽中如有物堵塞,咯之不出,咽之不下,可见于西医的慢性咽炎、反流性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎等症.临床尤以慢性咽炎为常见,因其每因情绪变化或季节变换而发作,发病率较高,影响了人们的正常生活.笔者在临床上应用启膈散以化瘀、行气、散结为大法对此证进行治疗,效果尚佳.

| Abstract: | Flowing and pouring of qi and blood in collaterals had obvious characteristics, including bi-directional flowing and overflowing perfusion. Bi-directional flowing was one of the presuppositions by which the collaterals could perform their important biologic function. It was closely associated with qi of Zangfu and channels besides qi of collaterals. Pouring due to overflowing was referred to normal status and presupposition of qi and blood flowing and pouring in the collaterals. |
