中药及汤剂中亚硫酸盐残留的研究现状

摘    要:论述和分析了硫磺熏蒸对中药材化学成分的影响,以及汤剂中硫磺熏蒸饮片的使用和溶出情况。结合当前中草药中亚硫酸盐残留的各种限定标准,归纳和总结了煎煮时饮片中亚硫酸盐残留溶出率研究的相应成果,以期为汤剂中亚硫酸盐残留的控制提供依据。

Abstract:The influence of sulfur fumigation on the chemical constituents of Chinese medicinal herbs and the use and dissolution of sulfur fumigated herbs in decoction was discussed and analyzed. In combination with various restriction standards for sulfite residues in Chinese herbal medicines, the results of the study on the dissolution rate of sulfite residue in decoction pieces were summarized and summarized, in order to provide basis for the control of sulfite residue in decoction.
