结肠灵汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效观察

目的]探讨在西药常规治疗的基础上加用中药结肠灵汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法]按照纳入标准收集120例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者，随机分为试验组和对照组各60例，对照组服用匹维溴胺，试验组在对照组基础上加用结肠灵汤，观察并比较两组治疗前后的临床症状评分、治疗总有效率及复发率。结果]治疗后，两组的临床症状评分均有所降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），而试验组治疗后的症状评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05），试验组的总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05），试验组复发率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论]在西药常规治疗基础上加用结肠灵汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效显著。

Clinical observation of Jiechangling decoction for diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome

Objective] To investigate Jiechangling decoction combined with the routine therapy on the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D).Methods] The 120 patients with IBS-D were collected according to inclusion criteria and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Piperidine, the experimental group was treated with Jiechangling decoction combined with the routine therapy. Then the clinical symptoms, treatment efficiency and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results] After treatment, the symptom score was decreased in the both group and the symptom score of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion] Jiechangling decoction combined with the routine therapy on the treatment of IBS-D significantly effect.
