肌内效贴结合悬吊推拿运动技术对腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

目的]探究肌内效贴结合悬吊推拿运动技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法]将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者，依照随机数字表法分成治疗组和对照组，各30例。治疗组应用肌内效贴结合悬吊推拿运动技术，对照组只进行悬吊推拿运动技术治疗。在治疗前、治疗4周后，运用日本骨科协会评估治疗分级（JOA）积分量表、视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分和肌骨超声（MSUS）评定患者治疗效果。结果]在治疗4周后，JOA积分量表评分均较治疗前增高，治疗组增加更明显（P<0.05）；VAS评分均有所降低，治疗组降低更加明显（P<0.05）；肌骨超声探查局部肌肉厚度均有所增加，治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论]肌内效贴结合悬吊推拿运动技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症，值得临床推广应用。

Observation of clinical effect of intramuscular fixation combined with suspension motion technique on lumbar disc herniation

Objective] To explore the clinical effect of kinesiology tape combined with intramuscular tightness on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods] Sixty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,30 each.In the treatment group,kinesiology tape combined with suspension massage technique was used,while in the control group,suspension massage technique was used only. JOA score scale,VAS score and musculoskeletal ultrasonography (MSUS) were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of patients before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Results] After 4 weeks of treatment,the score of JOA score scale was higher than that before treatment,and the increase was more obvious in the treatment group (P<0.05).VAS scores were all reduced,and the reduction was more significant in the treatment group (P<0.05).The muscle thickness of local muscle was increased by myosonography,and the treatment group was superior to the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion] Kinesiology tape combined with suspensory massage technique in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is worthy of clinical application.
