薏苡仁汤镇痛消炎作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的]研究薏苡仁汤抗炎、镇痛作用.方法]采用二甲苯等致炎剂,观察薏苡仁汤对由此而产生耳壳肿胀等作用的影响;观察薏苡仁汤对醋酸等刺激所致疼痛的影响.结果]薏苡仁汤对大鼠蛋清性关节炎、棉球性肉芽肿及二甲苯所致的小鼠耳壳肿胀等均有明显的抑制作用.对热板所致的痛反应和醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应也有明显抑制作用.结论]薏苡仁汤具有抗炎、镇痛作用.

Abstract:Objective] To evaluate the pharmacodynamic of Yiyiren Decoction.Methods] By using model of turning of trunk,the pain releasing effect of Yiyiren Decoction was evaluated.The experiments about anti-inflammation action of Yiyiren Decoction.Results] Our animal experiment periment showed that this kind of decotion had obvious inhibitory actions on swelling of auricular concha of mice induce with dimethylbenzene,granuloma formed by implanting cotton pelletsa in rats,arthritis of rat induced with egg white and permeability of capillary of rat treated with histamine and Evans blue.Besides,it also had a remarkable inhibition on both torsion response of mice induced with acetic and pain threshold reaction in mice by hot plate.Conlusion] Yiyiren Decoction could release the pain,suppress the inflammation.
