| 摘 要： | 通过跟随王庆国教授门诊，学习其临床经验。王教授临床注重中西汇参，辨病与辨证结合，以指导治疗思路。整理王教授治疗扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭验案，验案在明确西医诊断基础上，辨为阳虚水泛证，方用真武汤合苓桂术甘汤加减治疗，用药特色鲜明，疗效确切，值得深入学习。

| Abstract: | By following professor WANG Qingguo clinics and combining test case,learning the experience and thoughts of professor WANG treating dilated cardiomyopathy with heartfailure. Professer wang believes that the combination of disease and syndrome could guide treatment precisely.This case is using Zhenwu decoction and Linggui Zhugan decoction to treat dilated cardiomyopathy with heartfailure of water overflowing due to yang deficiency syndrome.The experience of professor Wang is different and effective worthy of in-depth study. |
