从本虚论治胃癌前病变经验浅析

胃癌前病变,病位在胃,和肝脾相关,病理变化多为本虚标实,本虚主要是脾胃气虚和胃阴亏虚,标实多是痰凝、血瘀。病因多和现代饮食及生活习惯相关。治疗上多以补虚去实为大法,但更注重于补虚,以期达到养正则积自除,脾胃气虚多用香砂六君子汤加减,胃阴不足多用麦门冬汤加减。治疗本病时,病证结合,并借用现代医学手段,从整体出发着重调整人体状态是关键。

The author thinks that the combination of disease and syndrome, by means of modern medicine, emphasizes the adjustment from the overall state of human body is the key.
